Every single piece is cut by hand deliberately to never obtain a piece identical to another, which is impossible to do with an automated machine.
All the pieces are then worked individually and installed on the mesh by hand, reducing the width of the joints to the minimum possible: this type of installation, with these formats never perfectly identical, cannot be carried out with trays with predefined joints like the traditional production systems of the mosaic .
